Drugs Production & Packaging

If required, we can change the design of foreign-language packaging of the following products:

a) Registered drugs, provided that legislative regulations on the part of the registration holder are met,

We hold a licence for drug production, which was issued by the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic, allowing us to pack drugs into external packaging. Logistic Operations in Connection with Clinical Studies

We can arrange logistic services connected with clinical studies, which includes receipt, storage, despatch, collection and disposal of products of the studies. A charge is applicable for this service.

Market Withdrawals

At your request, we are able to provide you with logistic services for arranging drug withdrawals from pharmacies, which includes distribution, certified disposal and reporting. A charge is applicable for this service.

Goods Movement Reports and Electronic Data Interchange

We can provide you with information on inventory levels, consignment stock sales, individual customer sales, detailed summary of goods movement and assessment of marketing efficiency. All this can be sent to you on regular basis.. A charge is applicable for this service.

Goods Receipt – unloading goods from palettes, checking the quantity of cartons with delivery notes, examination of products for damage, checking the quantity of products in remaining cartons, product storage and recording in WMS, monitoring of delivery temperature conditions, detailed examination of products: information inside a package in Slovak language, Braille symbols, quarantine system instructions, mail notification of stock receipt.

Storage – inventory, storage of goods in a refrigerator body in temperatures from 2 to 8 °C, insurance of stock, stock protection (electronic alarm system), power cut protection, electronic temperature monitoring and reporting on a daily basis (for all storage methods), temperature regime validation, hygienic and sanitary regime (cleaning, disinfection), rodent control, quality management and process deviations management, internal inspections of provided services, pharamacovigilance.

Complaints – locating a faulty item in the system and transporting it into the quarantine.

Despatch – receiving an order from a customer, goods allocation, picking goods for shipping with an attached delivery note, packing shipment in the cold chain, shipping inspection, dispatching to a customer, temperature monitoring during transport. A charge is applicable for this service.

  1. For demand of 10 pcs (of the same product or items of more products) a pharmacy can purchase 1 item of a product of your preferred choice for a reduced price.
  2. For demand of 3 pcs of the product X and 2 pcs of product Y a pharmacy can purchase 1 item of a product of your preferred choice for a reduced price (single demand only, nonrecurring, within one order).

PLUS PHARMACY Association is a leading association of independent pharmacists in Slovakia. It was established on July 4, 2011 and is made up of more than 400 pharmacies all round Slovakia tagged by PLUS LEKÁREŇ logo. UNIPHARMA, 1.-slovenská lekárnická akciová spoločnosť, has been representing interests of Slovak pharmacists for more than 20 years. Moreover, it has been campaigning for free execution of the pharmaceutical profession and, on the account of sharing the same principles with PLUS LEKÁREŇ Association, UNIPHARMA, on October 16, 2012, became a strategic partner of the Association with a minority share of 33%.
